Partnerships between institutions and across borders
Beyond individual clients, RFI Travels builds and manages the relationships that make international education and mobility work at scale — between universities, colleges, schools, employers and government-linked programmes.
What is included
- Institutional representation — acting as an in-country representative for overseas universities and colleges recruiting in Nigeria and West Africa.
- Articulation and progression agreements — structuring pathways that let students begin locally and complete overseas.
- Memoranda of understanding — facilitating and documenting agreements between partner institutions.
- Student recruitment partnerships — compliant, transparent recruitment supported by proper counselling rather than volume targets.
- Corporate mobility programmes — managed relocation and travel arrangements for employers moving staff internationally.
- Exchange and faculty programmes — reciprocal arrangements for students and academic staff.
How we work with partners
We prefer a small number of well-serviced relationships to a long list of nominal ones. Partners receive a named contact, agreed service levels, regular reporting on the pipeline, and counselling standards that protect the institution’s reputation as much as the student’s interests.
How the process runs
- Introduction. We establish objectives, target markets and the compliance framework you operate under.
- Agreement. Terms, commission or fee structure and data-handling responsibilities are documented.
- Activation. Staff briefing, marketing materials and counsellor training.
- Delivery. Recruitment, application handling and conversion support through to enrolment.
- Review. Scheduled reporting and an annual review of the partnership’s performance.
Who this is for
Universities, colleges and schools recruiting internationally, local institutions seeking overseas progression routes for their students, employers with cross-border staffing needs, and organisations running sponsored scholarship schemes.
